When news of Sean Kingston’s Jet Ski accident hit the internet, people initially thought that it was just another celebrity injury or death hoax, but it turns out that this news is actually true. Sean Kingston has gotten severely injured in a Jet Ski accident, which took place on Sunday at around 6 p.m. According to reports, Sean Kingston was with a female companion when the accident took place, but the identity of the woman who was with him has not been revealed and neither is her relationship with Sean Kingston clear.
The Jet Ski crashed into a bridge which connects Miami Beach’s Palm Island to the MacArthur Causeway, and it is still not clear what caused the Jet Ski to ram into that bridge. The City of Miami Fire Rescue crew responded to the emergency and took Sean Kingston and his female companion to the Jackson Memorial Hospital for medical treatment.
It is being reported that Sean Kingston’s injuries are pretty bad, in fact they were so severe that he had to be taken to the trauma ward of the hospital. Now he is placed in the Intensive Care Unit of the hospital for further treatment and observation. Reports of his female companion’s medical condition are still not known.
Initially it was being speculated that perhaps alcohol played a role in this accident, but officials are now saying that alcohol did not play a part in this accident. Sean Kingston’s representative told one of the news sites; "Sean Kingston was in an accident today. No further details are available at the moment. He and his family thank everyone for the well wishes."
Officials are now investigating the case, and once the report is in, only then can we know how the Jet Ski carrying Sean Kingston and his companion crashed into the bridge.
Sean Kingston is a 21-year-old Jamaican American singer whose real name is Kisean Anderson. He was discovered through MySpace by Tommy Rotem at Beluga Heights and signed to the label in a partnership deal with Sony. Sean Kingston rose to fame with his 2007 hit ‘Beautiful Girls’, which landed at the number 1 spot in the United States.
All of Sean Kingston’s fans are pretty tensed at the moment due to his present state, but it is being hoped that he will recover fully once he is out of critical condition.
