The Wrap relays that Jason Biggs, Seann William Scott and Eugene Levy have already signed on to do a fourth "Pie" movie, with deals in the works for Thomas Ian Nicholas, Tara Reid, Chris Klein, Mena Suvari and Jennifer Coolidge to come back aboard, as well.
